Gulf of Maine Council Framework for Action
Every five years, the Gulf of Maine Council develops a Framework for Action to reaffirm its shared vision for sustaining a healthy Gulf of Maine for future generations. The 2023–2028 Framework establishes the vision and goals that will guide the Council’s work during this period while also highlighting key accomplishments achieved in support of its mission over the previous five years.
