Passamaquoddy Tribe Holds Press Conference on Elver Fishing Controversy

Maine Department of Marine Resources Commissioner Patrick Keliher said Friday that the Passamaquoddy Tribe had put the state out of compliance with fishing restrictions imposed by the Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission by issuing more than twice the number of elver licenses it should have.
