From Foster’s Daily Democrat, New Hampshire’s Fish and Game Department is holding a public hearing on proposed fishing restrictions affecting Atlantic cod length and catch limits. The hearing is Tuesday at 7 p.m. at the urban Forestry Center in Portsmouth.
